PROCEDURE OF THE SIT-UP TEST:
The procedure of the sit-up test is relatively simple. Lying down bending your knees in a right angle position, feet flat on the ground and arms beside both thighs. When the timer starts, you begin to lift and squeeze your stomach to lift yourself up to the wall and touch it and then to lower down and touch the mat with your head, and repeat throughout the minute as much as you can.

Muscular endurance is the strength and durability of the muscles. The better your muscular endurance, the more you can use your muscles without them getting tired. This aspect of fitness is very important for those that exercise or play a specific sport that's duration exceeds a long period of time. It is important to pay attention to muscular endurance if you play any sort of sports, or are involved in any sort of physical activity that's lasts for quite a while. For example, such sports as hockey, football, tennis, etc.

As you can clearly see, the mean or average score of the sit-up test was 37.1, well over my score of 33. The median or middle value score of the sit-up test was 36 and the most popular score, achieved by 5 of the participants was 38.
