HAND-WALL TOSS
My Hand-Wall Toss Result (18 tosses) was not up to standards, and if I had a reason for my low result, it would be the surface of the test. My hand-wall toss was conducted outside of the science labs on a brick wall while most of the students in our class had their hand-wall toss test conducted inside the Marist Centre on a surfaced wall providing more of a bounce off the wall because of the smooth surface.
My 18 tosses was near the average of the class, but over 15 students had a better score than 18 tosses. The highest score being 30 by Ed and the lowest being 7. If you compare those results to mine, you would see mine is just below the middle of those two numbers. The average score of 7.1 was 19.97, almost 2 tosses over my score!

BEEP TEST
No-one matched my score of 7.5, the closest being 7.4 by Joey. The reasons that my score wasn't up to the average in the class may have been the diet or the food I ate may not have given me enough energy to get a better score. My fitness may have had a massive impact on the beep test as well. The highest score was 10.9, with the lowest being 2.1, a massive difference. The mode was 7.69, 1.69 levels above my score.
One of the main factors that could have improved our results would have been the time of the day the test was conducted. If we had conducted the test during the morning we would still be tired and weak and not willing to do the test but we did it during the afternoon, when we are most active.

SIT-UP TEST
My sit-up test score was close to abysmal, registering 33 sit-ups in 60 seconds, far from the class average of about 37 sit-ups. The main factor of this was my diet and energy before the sit-up test. In the sit-up test, you probably shouldn't eat a lot because you have to lift yourself up which isn't good if you have had a hefty meal like I did. Another component would've been the willing to put in the effort, which I didn't because I simply do not have the fitness to do so.
If you look at the lowest score and the highest score, you can see that their were a variety of different skill levels in terms of this fitness component. The highest score was achieved by Marcus which was 51, the lowest being 27. If you look at the range, it calculates to 24, saying different people have skills in different fitness components which makes us all unique.

MEDICINE BALL THROW
The medicine ball throw tests the physical fitness component of strength, something some people possess more of then others. My score however, was very average, only 0.3 metres off the average score of 7.1. My score was 3.8 metres, the highest was 6 metres by Luca! The only real main factor that may have made this test unreliable may have been the time of the day the test was conducted but the test began during the afternoon so the test should be reliable.
The difference between the highest and lowest score was 3.1 meters and the difference between the highest score and the second highest score was almost a whole metre. Everybody has a different set of skills based on each fitness component and you wouldn't expect to be getting over 7 metres if you were very fast and small in height.

40m SPRINT
The 40m Sprint tests the physical fitness component of speed. Having speed is very important. My score was a solid 7.09 seconds, not to bad compared to the entire class. The fastest score was a lightning fast 6.36 seconds! The slowest was 8.07, achieved twice, almost a 2 second difference, meaning 29 other students score between those 2 seconds.
The average was 7.195, meaning my score was above average by just 10 milliseconds. The main factor of the 40m sprint was fitness and weight overall. Being fit could be the difference between reaching your goal and being disappointed with your result.

ILLINOIS AGILITY RUN
The Illinois Agility Run tests the physical fitness component of agility, hence its name. This test is very unreliable, but similar tests are used in the NFL, such as the 3-cone. My time was a decent 18.81, being in the top-10 in the class. The best time was 17.73 while the slowest run was 21, which is still very good.
The main factor for having a slower score was the surface of the test. We each had 2 turns of the run, each on a different surface, one a non-slip and one a slippery surface. I had a better score on the non-slip surface by almost 2 seconds (20.73). I did very well in this test which said my agility is up to standard.

STANDING LONG JUMP
The Standing Long Jump tested our leg power. My test score was 1.5 (metres), which was abysmal and in result, I finished in the bottom 5 in the class.
There was no excuse or main factor for my score, otherwise the length of my legs and my diet may have taken a slight impact on my score.

SIT & REACH
The Sit & Reach tested our flexibility, so no wonder I didn't go so well in this test. My score was -5 centimetres, not the worst, but definitely not the best either. My score was the 10th worst score in the class. The average was around -0.2 in 7.1, definitely no where near my score.
If I had taken my socks of as well as my shoes I may have reached 2 or more centimetres.
